i bet there are no female pirates in their clique and so there must be vacancies for ladies, so apply, or better yet you can call them, they will respond on their satellite phones
and they also have big ships which house their high powered speed boats, i guess zanzibar will not be safe too ,anytime from now, they might want to cash in on the tourists, so guys,if any of you are thinking of a fantasy holiday along the indian ocean, drinking lemonade, wearing hawaiian shirts, you better hire some mecenaries to back you up or else the somali version of jack sparrow and his minions will strike at you, _________________

maybe durban or hawaii will do, seychelles/ zanzibar look tricky, pirates might just play the role of honeymoon spoilers, especially if they can abduct those senior citizens _________________

The pirates are losing patience, they say that they will kill the old couple very soon if the ransom for them is not paid, as the gulf of eden is being monitored by military forces, they have extended their attacks to areas which are not being patrolled by the military.. _________________

Another problem...a Dutch warship has captured 13 Somali pirates but now the EU has to find a country who is willing to put them on trial! Tanzania first agreed to do it but they've withdrawn.
So what next? Is there a point to even capture these thugs when they can't be put on trial?

Thats what amazes me about these guys, they are untouchable, everytime they are caught, they are freed, but when they capture you, you'll be stuck with them for years.I wonder what the policy is on pirates,
why can't they just pull a 'raid on entebbe' move on them???
but like xross said, piracy is a career these days and some 'big shots' must be involved. _________________

| Latest the 13 pirates were released because no country wanted to trial them. Kenya and I think Tanzania signed a deal where they agreed to put captured pirates on trial but they have backed down. Why I don't know...so there is no solution for the current piracy problem. |

Reading about such issues makes me feel weak... These pirates are untouchable, its not fair, insurance costs have shot up because of them, they are an extra cost, in a way. The funny thing about them is that i have not heard any story of them killing the abducted people. So the pirates are free and have been given back their guns, how sad.so its back to business again, but wait a minute, maybe if they abduct some big shots, then military action against them might be considered, how unfair, In this planet, it seems some folks are more special than others _________________

| Yes it's a messed up world. As long as the situation in a country like Somalia doesn't improve there isn't much that can be done. Even if these pirates were put on trial, another set would be happy to follow in their footsteps. The risks don't outweigh the profit, fast money. |

In any Military operation the safety of the hostages is priority and at sea i guess they are having difficulties to use military force within acceptable level of risk to the hostages lives otherwise what good would it save any one to use force when at the end of the operation all the hostages are dead _________________ I dreamnt i was dreaming that am dreaming |
